David H. Flynn, Esq.

Counsel

Attorney Flynn practices in the areas of commercial and bankruptcy law with a specialty in asset based lending, including lender and borrower representation. He has extensive experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters including debtor and creditors committee representation. He also has deep experience in the negotiation of product design agreements with a focus on allocation of liability for design flaws.

 

Prior to joining Keily Mira Law, Attorney Flynn was Counsel at Day Berry & Howard, LLP and also was employed by several large Connecticut based law firms.

 

Attorney Flynn received a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was a member of the Connecticut Law Review. He also holds a B.A. degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a Morehead Scholar.
