Attorney Mira is admitted to the Connecticut State and Federal Bars.  She represents clients in a broad spectrum of matters, from commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, divorce, corporate law and business services, as well as general civil litigation.

 

Prior to starting this practice, Attorney Mira was an Associate of Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. working in the fields of corporate law and commercial finance.  She engaged in the transactional representation of banks, financial institutions and other lenders in asset-based, commercial, mezzanine and acquisition financing. 

 

Attorney Mira received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, Connecticut, and her B.A., cum laude, from Elon University in Elon, North Carolina.  While attending the University of Connecticut School of Law, Attorney Mira also received a Graduate Certificate in Human Rights for her dedication to the study of civil and human rights. 

 

Jennifer has received the distinction of being named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019. Candidates are nominated by their peers annually and to be named as Super Lawyers Rising Stars, must be 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less.  Only 2.5% of attorneys across the entire United States receive this honor.

She is a proud member of the Connecticut Bar Association and several local organizations.  Through these organizations Attorney Mira serves as a resource and instructor to fellow lawyers and affiliated professionals in business.
